If you have technical questions about your Metabo tool or are in need of service, please contact our Factory Service Center at 1-(866)775-9429 or you can submit an email at US-techsupport@koki-group.com. Hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM EST. If you would like to send the tool in for service, follow the directions below:
