The statutory warranty period is 24 months for private use and 12 months for commercial use.
The warranty covers only defects attributable to material or manufacturing faults. Normal wear and tear, overloading, use of unauthorized tools, use of force, failure to follow the instructions for use/assembly, and damage caused by external influences/foreign objects are excluded. For more information, please refer to our warranty statements.
If a machine purchased from January 2004 onwards is registered within 4 weeks, Metabo grants an extended warranty of 3 years, regardless of whether it is used privately or commercially. The XXL warranty begins on the date of sale of the machine to the end user/purchaser.
Yes, the XXL warranty applies to all machines that are registered within 4 weeks of purchase.
