Registration can only be done online at www.metabo-service.com or via the Metabo app and can be carried out by yourself. As the purchaser, you will receive your XXL warranty confirmation by email or you can print it out directly. This confirmation is always specific to the machine.

When creating a user account, the email address is used as the username. The username can only be assigned once. Please also note that the password must be at least 8 characters long and contain letters, numbers, and special characters.

To register, you will need the item number (shown in red in this example) and the serial number (shown in blue in this example) of your machine. These can be found on the device's type plate. You will also need to provide the invoice date.

No, these do not need to be registered separately. Metabo generally provides a 3-year warranty free of charge on all battery packs and chargers – with no limit on the number of charging cycles. Registration is not necessary.
